Exchange & Refund Policy

At Genuine Maal, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a simple and fair policy for exchanges and refunds.

Claim Window
You have 2 days to claim an exchange or refund — starting from the day you receive your parcel.

📲 How to Initiate
To begin the process, please contact us via WhatsApp at +92 336 2068521 within the 2-day window.

🚚 Sending the Item Back
Customers are required to send the merchandise back to us via a reliable courier service. Shipping charges for returning the item are the customer’s responsibility.

🔍 Inspection & Eligibility
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure:

  • It is in original condition and the sizing sticker hasn't been removed.

  • It has not been tampered with or used.

If the item passes inspection, we will proceed with your requested option.

🔄 Exchanges
You can choose to exchange the product for another item of equal or greater value by paying the difference (based on availability).

💰 Refunds
If you prefer a refund:

  • Kindly provide your bank account details when you contact us.

  • Refunds will be processed within 4 working days after inspection approval.

  • A 4% deduction will apply to all Cash on Delivery orders due to the Government of Pakistan’s imposed tax on e-commerce.

⚠️ Note: Items returned without prior WhatsApp communication will not be accepted.
